Amend my Close Corporation
Send us the detail of the changes that you require to make to your Close Corporation. This may include: Change of members details, percentage membershipholdings, primary business description, Accounting officer or any other details on the registration documents.
Send us a copy of your CK1 or CK2, we will advise you on the proposed changes and send you the necessary forms and letters to sign, whereafter we will submit the signed documents to the CIPC and effect the changes as required and send you the proof thereof.
